I believe we all experience trauma at some level in our lives and are dealing with stuff, as we go through life this will unravel. In today’s world, we need to learn how to manage these thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that we can develop and strengthen our own mental and emotional wellbeing. When we heal, learn and receive an intervention, we are ensuring past events do not negatively affect our own live and future generations.

Everything I do is done with love and I know that when we heal our own souls, we heal those who came before us and those that come after. When we move from struggle and hardship and turn fears into love, we learn to heal through joy and truly connect and thrive in nature, the abundance of love and beauty and it’s from this place where we come together, are held and feel deeply loved and belonged.

Hello Lovely one

I’m Suzi B, a mama of two beautiful boys and wife to my very own sexy G. I’m a mental wellbeing coach, mentor and trainer, providing transformational intuitive healing and achievement expertise to predominantly women and their partners which filters into the heart of the family home, all relationships, right at the start of new life.

Here’s a little bit about me

I’ve always been a free spirit who would surround myself with loving things, nature and people and like most, my childhood came with its fair share of dramas. I won’t bore you with the details however there was definitely depression, drugs, alcohol, bullying, conflict, dysfunction and arguing. I just remember there was a closed book policy which emanated throughout. We didn’t talk about what was going on and we just got on with it.

That being said, I always felt very loved and protected and that gave me the resilience I needed to pull through.

At the age of 11, we moved from London to sunny Bognor Regis and it wasn’t long before I settled into a new class and made lots of new friends, many I’m still friends with today. For me school was all about socialising, being around friends and staying out of trouble. I loved school however I found it difficult to learn in a conventual way and it was at the age of 15, just before sitting GCSEs I was told I was dyslexic and needless to say I didn’t leave school a grade A student.

I was a social butterfly, loved to party, going to gigs, raving, hanging out with friends and festivals. I’ve always had a love for the beach, the ocean, cooking, relaxing and pampering, music, even known to love listening to classical music and relaxing with my crystals, doing energy and personal development work and enjoying all things mystic and magical.

I’m a total daydreamer and I’ve always believed in fairy tales and that one day I would eventually find my prince, travel the world, have a family and settle into a meaningful career that would inspire, teach, and motivate others.

I started work at the age of 12 in a care home for the elderly providing social contact and activities. I went onto work with those with learning disabilities and volunteered with the youth offending team as a mentor to young offenders for three years. Little did I know then this would be the start of my blooming career.

I continued to study and have been learning ever since school and working towards my calling, which I first deeply felt at the age of 20 when I learned the foundations of the content in I am Born Lucky. This was when I started my Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) journey and love for all things NLP. I was confused as to why I didn’t already know this kind of stuff however felt I’d been applying a lot of it to my life already. This learning gave me the confidence, tools and foundations to articulate, formulate and express who I am, what I do and how I teach today. It gave me the communication and relationship skills that I hadn’t learned in my childhood, at home or in school. It gave me the techniques on how to manage my thoughts, behaviours and emotions and be able to positively influence others and build stronger relationships. It also gave me the answer to why and how I’d got through the hard times.

Of course, my past has impacted my current relationships, because we are consistently being triggered, as everything is a relationship, so rather than seeing the memories as flaws or limitations, who’s to blame or find fault, I can see how much it has helped me choose how I want my family to be and how I want to be as a mum, wife and friend. No one truly wants to live a life of hardship, negativity, fear and a sad limiting story, do they?

It’s easy to change when we know how. Change is a choice and it’s a one-second decision away.

– Suzi B

I now help people turn fears and trauma into LOVE. I teach how to rewrite the story, and then use their story to empower and grow, experiencing the life they truly desire to live, without the pain and sacrifice.

There will always be issues, tension and problems in the family home, and the lesson is, it’s not your job to be controlling of every negative influence that comes into your lives, this would be unrealistic.

We all, already have the power within to reach our full potential and overcome difficulties, create freedom and live a life we desire. My mission is to empower those I work with so that they truly believe in themselves and trust themselves deeply throughout life, the journey of birth and parenting and create an effortless life of forgiveness, love, abundance, beauty, and joy, where you stop surviving and start living and thriving.

Much love for now
