Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, of course. I understand that sometimes it’s easier to pay this way. Just remember, investing in you is the best investment you can make.

Can you work with my partner too?

Yes. I can work with any member of your family. We can do this as a group session or individually. I recommend we talk to see what would work for your situation.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rearrangement of any booked sessions. Sessions must be paid for in advance in the shop. Book your contact session. I’m pretty flexible about the pre-booked sessions in my packages as I know sometimes last-minute changes need to be made as things crop up. Please note I am based in the UK and my core hours are 10 -7 BST. I do not work over the weekends (unless the situation is urgent, or by prior agreement, events or retreats).

What happens after I purchase a package?

Once packages are purchased I will email you with a contract so we can instantly get you set up and started. All packages include an initial 30-minute focus clarity consultation. This is to identify a work plan to see if you are ready for change and to ensure we are compatible to work together. You will be given a full refund if we’re not compatible and I will provide you with a Wellness Within action plan, signposting service and recommendations.
